Coming from a very musical family and with a brother firmly installed in the Scandanavian music scene under the names of Loughy or Fada(www.fadasite.com), Colm decided to drop the 9 to 5 engineering job and plonge into the music industry full hearted.

He joined his first group in Wiesbaden in Germany called Tandem Felix with drummer brother Daragh, lead guitarist Graham Stuart and bit of everything Jim Crowley. The group didn't do much but play at company parties, argue and have a laugh abusing the free drink(which ain't so bad when I think about it now!) so split up. More so cos Daragh returned to Ireland for a girl and Jim strayed to another group. Graham and Colm continued to play twice weekly in Frankfurt and Wiesbaden under the retarded name of 'Sway', good olde Scrooges and An Sibin. Colm moved tö Paris and immediately (obviously) then travelled the south of Europe for 5 months ending up in Turkey, returned to Paris, and wrote and recorded alot of songs, including the Community Games theme song "We're singing as one", launched the 22nd of January 2005 at the National AGM.

Once Graham left his engineering job, Colm and Graham formed the 'Snowdogs' and headed to Austria to snowboard, laugh, dance on tables, drink and eat for free and play music every night for 3 months. Ah the memories!
Now Colm is returning to Ireland(Graham went AWOL) to find some friends to record some songs with and badger the music industry for a while until he runs out of money! Actually I've ran out! I need to get a job...
